Fruit salad with juice and strawberry

Ingredients

  • Three bananas.
  • One fruit of mango.
  • Half a cup of almonds, and half a cup of pistachios.
  • A cup of cream.
  • White honey.
  • A kilo and a half of strawberries.
  • 3 pieces of kiwi.
  • One red apple, and another green apple.
  • Two peaches.
  • A cup of pineapple pieces.

How to prepare

  • We wash all kinds of fruits and peel the mangoes, bananas, and pineapples.
  • After that, we cut all the fruits into small pieces, and we cut only half a kilo of strawberries, then we mix them.
  • Squeeze the rest of the strawberry without adding water.
  • Prepare serving cups and put in each cup a quantity of the fruit and put two tablespoons of cream on top.
  • Then we pour half a cup of juice, then decorate with almonds and pistachios, and distribute two tablespoons of white honey on the surface.
  • You can put it in the fridge for an hour, to serve it cold and your fruit salad is ready.

Fruit salad with mango juice

Ingredients

  • Three-quarters of a cup of whipping cream.
  • ¼ cup of sifted powdered sugar.
  • Half a teaspoon of vanilla.
  • The fruit of a pineapple.
  • Banana fruit.
  • A medium apple.
  • Few grapes.
  • Half a cup of cherries.
  • A glass of mango juice.
  • Half a cup of kiwi cubes.
  • Two tablespoons of a mixture of pistachios, raisins, and almonds.

How to prepare

  • In the first step, we make the cream by placing the cream and powdered sugar, “which can also be replaced with a quarter cup of condensed milk” in the electric mixer.
  • Mix the ingredients well until the texture becomes smooth and creamy.
  • Add mango juice to this consistency and whisk again.
  • After that we wash all kinds of fruits, then cut them into small pieces, and then dip them in the mango mixture.
  • Mix the fruits gently, then cover and put in the refrigerator for two hours until it becomes cold, after which we serve.
  • At the serving stage, we transfer the fruit salad to serving cups, then put the nuts on top for decoration.
  • You can keep it in the refrigerator for a day or two so that the salad does not contain watermelon, orange, pineapple, and the like. In this case, it is preferable to eat it after preparing it.
