  • We then remove it from the pan and put the pan back on the stove again with the addition of half a cup of oil.
  • Add the chicken pieces again, stirring, adding salt and paprika, and pouring about a quarter cup of water.
  • Stir, and when the chicken reaches half-cooking, start adding two tablespoons of vegetable oil, and another quarter cup of water.
  • We continue to stir until the chicken is fully cooked, then add the lemon juice.
  • We take the tortilla bread and dip it in the water and oil sauce so that it is on one side only, and so on with the rest of the quantity.
  • Spread the bread on the side greased with sauce and put pieces of chicken on top, then slices of onions, pieces of tomatoes, and a little parsley.
  • Then we distribute a sprinkle of sumac and roll the bread in a cylindrical shape after the quantity is finished.
  • We put them in a wide frying pan and wait a few minutes until they take on a golden color and are crunchy on all sides.
  • Put the chicken tan tunic in a serving bowl and serve it with tahini salad and good luck.

You can also replace the chicken with pieces of meat, with the same ingredients so that the method of cooking the meat is as follows:

  • Cut the meat into very small pieces, then put them in a bowl with salt and a cup of water.
  • When it boils, reduce the heat and leave it for about half an hour until it is done.
